Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using Qlickx, a Point-of-Sale and Inventory Management System provided by Clywell Technologies, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

Service Description

Qlickx is a comprehensive cloud-based Point-of-Sale and Inventory Management System designed to help businesses manage their sales, inventory, customers, and operations efficiently.

Service Features Include:

• Point-of-sale transaction processing
• Inventory management and tracking
• Customer relationship management
• Sales reporting and analytics
• Multi-location support
• Employee management and permissions

User Responsibilities

As a user of Qlickx, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Use the service only for lawful business purposes
• Not attempt to breach or circumvent security measures
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Respect intellectual property rights

Account and Billing

Account Creation

You must create an account to use Qlickx. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

Billing and Payments

• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• Payments are due on the billing date specified in your account
• Late payments may result in service suspension
• Refunds are provided according to our refund policy

Data Ownership and Backup

You retain ownership of all data you input into Qlickx. We provide regular backups of your data, but we recommend maintaining your own backups as well. Upon termination of service, you will have 30 days to export your data before it is permanently deleted.

Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform scheduled maintenance that could temporarily affect service availability. We will provide advance notice of planned maintenance when possible.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clywell Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business interruption.

Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination:

• Your access to the service will be immediately suspended
• You will have 30 days to export your data
• Prepaid fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified
• All provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the service. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
